We’ve put together a great home body workout to help you to stay in shape over the next few weeks.
With gyms closed and outdoor activity limited, we asked Albion sports scientist Jordan Smith to come up with a fun workout which will take about 20 minutes.
There are eight exercises in the circuit:
- Press up
- Forward lunge
- Front plank
- Dead bug
- Triceps dip
- Jump squats
- Side plank
You should aim to do each exercise for 30 seconds, with a 20 second rest in between.

If you can do three circuits, you will burn over 200 calories.
Make sure to focus on doing the exercises you can do well, especially if you are recovering from an injury.
Have a drink to hand during rest periods and make sure you wash or sanitize your hands afterwards, in line with Government Covid-19 guidelines.
