When was your first game? What was the score?

It was a League cup game against Southend in August 1976, Brighton won 2-1.

What can you remember about the game?

Summer 1976 was hot and dry with a long drought.  All the grass was brown and so I remember being shocked by how green the grass at the Goldstone was.
