U23 Preview: Hammers provide the next test for Albion

Bojan Radulovic celebrates scoring against Liverpool last week.

A 4-1 league victory over Southampton and a 1-1 draw away to Leyton Orient in the Trophy were the results in November for Simon Rusk’s men before the aforementioned game against Neil Critchley’s Merseysiders last week, and the Seagulls will be looking to respond to that result up the A23 tonight.

Bojan Radulovic and Danny Cashman were on the scoresheet last time out for the Seagulls, with the Serbian striker netting a brace and Cashman finding the back of the net three minutes from time.

Tonight’s opposition are managed by Terry Westley and sit second in the group after playing two matches in the competition - a 1-0 win at home to Valencia and a 3-2 loss to VFL Wolfsburg on home soil. The Hammers are league leaders of Premier League 2 Division 2 and are unbeaten so far this season, winning ten and drawing one of their 11 league contests to date.
