Steven Alzate has been named in the Colombia senior squad for this month's friendly matches.

The 21-year-old, who was born to Colombian parents in London, has been selected by Carlos Queiroz as part of the squad for the international friendly matches on the 15th and 19th November, taking place in Miami and New Jersey respectively.

Alzate made his Premier League debut for Albion back in a goalless draw with Newcastle United in September, earning the man of the match award in the process. Since then, the versatile midfielder has featured in four more Premier League contests - including all three home victories against Tottenham Hotspur, Everton and Norwich City.

Other Premier League faces in the squad include Everton's Yerry Mina, Tottenham's Davinson Sanchez and AFC Bournemouth's Jefferson Lerma.
