Alireza Jahanbakhsh and Steven Alzate have been withdrawn from international duty.

Alzate has a minor injury, and Colombia, who called him into their under-23 squad for two friendly matches against Peru, have agreed he should remain with Albion for treatment.

Jahanbakhsh was an unused substitute for the game against Spurs and at Chelsea last weekend, but he hasn’t played since he picked up an injury while on international duty.

Similarly, the Iranian federation have agreed that Jahanbakhsh can sit out Iran’s home game against Cambodia and away match in Bahrain, as he works towards full fitness.

Meanwhile left-back Gaetan Bong has been called into the Cameroon squad for their friendly international in Tunisia next Saturday.
