Report: Albion's under-18s continue unbeaten start

Albion’s under-18s continued their 100 per cent start to the season with a 2-0 victory over Leicester City at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre.

Goals from Stefan Vukoje and Jack Spong secured another victory for the Seagulls, following 3-2 victories over Reading and Tottenham Hotspur respectively.

Vukoje broke the deadlock in the 25th minute following Lorent Tolaj’s assist to score his third goal in as many appearances at the start of the season, after also netting in the wins over both Reading and Spurs.

Spong ensured all three points were safe ten minutes after the re-start to leave Albion unbeaten at the start of the season with nine points, sitting top on goal difference ahead of Chelsea.

Mark Beard and Mikey Harris’s side are back on the road this Saturday when they travel to the Colney Training Centre to face Norwich City.
