Albion's PL2 fixtures revealed

It was an impressive debut season for Albion’s under-23s in the top flight, and with a second campaign just around the corner, our 2019/20 Premier League 2 Division 1 schedule has been revealed.

By Kieran Cleeves • 29 July 2019

Simon Rusk’s side will host newly-promoted Wolverhampton Wanderers in our opening match of the campaign, as the West Midlanders visit the People’s Pension Stadium on Monday 12th August.

Our first away trip will be to Arsenal, who narrowly finished ahead of the Seagulls last season in second position, with the match taking place at Boreham Wood’s Meadow Park on Friday 16th August.

Albion face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday 3 December.

There are two eye-catching away matches inside the opening months of the campaign — we take on Leicester City at the King Power Stadium in August, before visiting Stamford Bridge to play Chelsea in September.

Blackburn Rovers, Everton and Southampton will all visit the Amex Stadium throughout the season, while the remaining home fixtures will all take place at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre.

Just like last season, our final home and away matches will be against Chelsea and Everton respectively, with the match against the Toffees, who are reigning champions, on Monday 4th May closing the 2019/20 campaign.

TICKET INFO

All Premier League 2 home matches are free of charge to men’s first team season-ticket holders, but supporters must book their tickets in advance for matches at the Amex Stadium and American Express Elite Football Performance Centre.

Season-ticket holders can gain entry to matches at the People’s Pension Stadium by presenting their season card at the turnstiles, while cash admission is also available to non-season-ticket holders.

Tickets for non-season-ticket holders are priced at £5 for adults, and £2 for under-16s and 65+.
