Double Fantasy Football Gameweek For Albion

By Alex Stedman • 10 April 2018

Brighton & Hove Albion supporters who play the official Premier League Fantasy Football game will have two chances to pick up points should they select Seagulls faces during the upcoming Gameweek 34.

Chris Hughton’s side travel to Selhurst Park to play Crystal Palace on Saturday before hosting Tottenham Hotspur at the Amex Stadium three days later – and we’ve taken a look at how Albion’s players have fared so far this season.

Albion's top point scorer over the course of the campaign is German midfielder Pascal Gross, who has collected 139 points. Costing £6.0m in the game, he’s been selected by an impressive 17.5% of Fantasy Premier League managers with eight assists and five goals to his name.

Maty Ryan has collected 119 points since the season began in August, whilst Glenn Murray is next behind the Australian stopper on 101.

Gross, Ryan and Murray have all been selected in the game’s Team of the Week on two occasions, whilst Gross’ price rise of £0.5m is the seventh highest in the entire division for the campaign – the Albion man sits behind Mohammed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Raheem Sterling, among others.

Seagulls fans who want value for money ahead of the gameweek should consider the likes of Anthony Knockaert, who returns from a three-game suspension this weekend.

Also, Albion's defensive duo of Shane Duffy and Lewis Dunk have amassed 161 points between the pair and can be brought into teams for £4.6m and £4.5m respectively.
