After a tough gym session in the morning, Brighton & Hove Albion’s under-23s returned for training on Wednesday afternoon, as they completed their third day in Portugal.
Will Abbott led the team for a short warm-up, which included a selection of team games that worked on both communication and coordination.
A small-sided game in a tight grid was the main focus of the session, as the players worked on their spacial awareness, decision making and close-range finishing.
Kieran Cleeves was on hand to capture the action in Portugal.
