Bjorn Hamberg returned to the club to become our men’s under-18s head coach in August 2025.
The Swede was previously a first-team coach under Graham Potter and went onto work for Chelsea and Feyenoord, where he was assistant head coach during the 2024/25 campaign.
Bjorn worked in Sweden for seven years with Ostersunds, before moving to Swansea City for a season.
He made the move to Albion when Potter was appointed head coach at the Amex in May 2019 and took the first team in a 1-1 draw with Leicester City in January 2022 after Potter and assistant Billy Reid tested positive for coronavirus.
Arthur Brammer joined Albion as a youth development phase coach in 2021, before being promoted to professional development phase coach in September 2022.
After a youth career with Sheffield Wednesday and Chesterfield, he began his coaching career at Watford, working with the Under-9s-and Under-14s.
He then spent six-and-a-half years at Fulham, the last two years as lead foundation phase coach. In 2018 he moved to the United States, coaching at New York City FC.
He oversaw the under-18s for the 2022/23 season, guiding them to a sixth place finish in Premier League South.
