Emilie Gay has helped England Women take a big step towards qualifying for the 2026 UEFA Women’s Under-17 European Championships next year.
The Young Lionesses topped their group with three victories out of three and are through to the next round of qualification. Kerri Welsh’s team beat Montenegro 5-0, Poland 3-2 and Scotland 3-1. Emilie started two out of three of these fixtures.
Round one of qualifiers concludes on the 2 December 2025, the next stage is drawn 11 December.
