Fuka Tsunoda joins Albion from Urawa Reds
Midfielder joins Dario Vidosic's team ahead of WSL opener on Sunday.

We’re delighted to confirm the signing of midfielder Fuka Tsunoda on undisclosed terms, subject to the usual regulatory processes.
Tsunoda joins us from Urawa Reds, the same Japanese club whom we signed Kiko Seike from a year ago.
Head coach Dario Vidosic said, “We’re delighted to bring Fuka to the club. She has got good experience in a competitive league in Japan and has been playing regularly for Urawa this season.
"She will improve our midfield options and we’re looking forward to working with her.”
Fuka made her Urawa debut in 2022 and would go onto win five domestic honours including two league titles.
The 20-year-old has represented Japan at under-16, under-19 and under-20 level.
