We are pleased to confirm that Norway international Emilie Joramo will join our women’s first team on 1 July when her contract expires with Hammarby, subject to international clearance and the necessary regulatory processes.
The midfielder will sign for us after three seasons with the Swedish side, where she made 85 appearances, including ten in the UEFA Women’s Europa Cup.
Women’s first team head coach Dario Vidosic said, “Emilie has had an excellent few years in Sweden with Hammarby, challenging for the league title and reaching the Europa Cup final.
“She has a really strong skillset in that she’s a good ball-winner, comfortable bursting through midfield and has a good range of passing.

“We will give her the time and space to adjust to how we work, but we’re looking forward to having her on board.”
The 22-year-old made her professional debut for Norwegian side Rosenborg in 2018, who finished as runners-up in the Toppserien twice during her five years there.
She made the move to Hammarby in 2024, winning two Swedish League Cups and finishing as runners-up in the Europa Cup this season.
Emilie has represented Norway at senior level three times, having played at youth level for her country from under-16 up to under-21 level.
