Team news
Michelle Agyemang faces a long period out following the ACL injury she suffered playing for England against Australia on Tuesday. Head coach Dario Vidosic said, “It is not just us heartbroken by the news but the whole nation as well. She has got everyone’s support, we are right behind her. We will help her throughout her journey and I know she will put everything into her rehab, but we can also help her mentally.”
Manuela Vanegas and Madison Haley are close to returning to the squad following injury and Maisie Symonds, who came off during our last WSL game against Arsenal, is fit. "Everyone has come back well if a little bit tired from the the international trips but they all are in really good spirits," added Vidosic.
The opposition
“We are looking forward to playing United. We will be back at home after an international break and we know we have a good opponent in front of us that has started the season well, but we had a good game last season when we played them at home.”
