Head coach Dario Vidosic has confirmed that Arthur Brammer and Ben Morella will join his coaching staff ahead of the 2025/26 Women’s Super League season. Vidosic said, "I'm delighted to welcome these new additions to our coaching team ahead of another important campaign. Both bring key expertise that will be fundamental in developing our coaching structure. “Arthur has several years’ experience in academy football and a deep understanding of the club, having worked at Brighton for a few years across multiple academy positions.
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ben at Melbourne City, and he’s a talented young goalkeeping coach. We’re looking forward to seeing the partnership he builds with Nikita Runnacles as they work together to strengthen our goalkeeping department.”

He brings with him more than a decade of experience, having previously worked within the academies of Watford, Fulham and New York City FC. He said, “I’m excited to join the women's first-team set-up. I'm grateful for the opportunity as well. “I’ve been with the club for a while now and it felt the right time to take on this opportunity."

Ben joins Albion from Melbourne City, where he spent three years as a goalkeeping coach. He first joined the club within the boys’ academy, working across the foundation phase and the men’s first team, before moving permanently into the women’s set-up for two years. Ben said, “It's a massive step from Australia and one that I'm looking forward to. I love working in women's football and the WSL is one of the best leagues in the world. So, the opportunity to work in that with a coach that I already know well, and taking a step forward in my career, is exciting.”
