We're incredibly excited to announce that our WSL season finale against Tottenham Hotspur will take place at the Amex on Saturday 16 May, 1pm kick-off.
This comes at the same time we're committing to hosting 4-6 women's first-team fixtures* at the American Express Stadium throughout the 2026/27 season, a huge milestone for the club as the Barclays Women's Super League (BWSL) expands to 14 clubs. Fans attending our final Barclays WSL match of the season at the Amex will also have the opportunity to drink alcohol in view of the pitch.
This is part of a wider trial this season across both the Barclays WSL and WSL2.
During the second half of last season an initial version of the trial was successfully held across four WSL2 clubs.
Unlike some leagues in the UK, the women’s professional game is not covered by legislation in the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985 (SECAA 1985) which prohibits the consumption of alcohol in view of the pitch.
There will be a dedicated alcohol-free zone in E1A and north side of E1B (seats 35 to 48).
Fans can bring the noise and join in the fan chants by sitting in the atmosphere section located in E1E.
