Hannah Poulter joins Portsmouth on loan

Poulter joins Pompey for the remainder of the season.
Hannah Poulter has joined Portsmouth on loan for the rest of the season.
The 19-year-old joined Albion in the summer transfer window after spending a year in the United States playing for the University of Southern California.
Women's head coach Dario Vidosic said, "This is a great opportunity for Hannah to play regular football.
"She's a talented young professional with an excellent work ethic and determination both on and off the pitch. I’ve no doubt she’ll be a big asset in the Championship.
“We will be monitoring her progress closely for the remainder of the season and wish her the best of luck."
