Albion goalkeeper Melina Loeck has extended her loan spell with Hammarby until June 30 2026, subject to the usual regulatory processes.
Women’s first-team head coach Dario Vidosic said, “Melina has been a regular starter for Hammarby over the past five months, with the team narrowly missing out on winning the Swedish title.
“It has been a good move for Melina as she’s had consistent minutes in a highly competitive league and I’m sure she will continue to thrive there in the second half of the season."
Loeck joined Hammarby during the summer transfer window after signing a new contract with Albion. She has featured in 17 matches for Hammarby and helped them reach the quarter-finals of the Europa Cup and a two-legged tie against Sporting Lisbon in February.
