Jess Pegram is joining last season's Europa Cup finalists Hammarby.

Jess Pegram is joining Swedish club Hammarby on loan.

The 19-year-old defender has been with Albion since 2022 and was part of the U19s squad which won the Nike Cup in 2023.

She spent last season on loan with Rangers, where she played 19 games in the SWPL.

Women’s interim academy manager Mikey Harris said, “This is another great opportunity for Jess to continue her development after a positive loan at Rangers last season.

“Hammarby reached the final of the Europa Cup last season. They will be pushing to qualify for Europe again this season.

“Senior football, alongside exposure to a different league and new challenges, will be valuable to Jess’s progress. We’ll continue to monitor her development for the remainder of the Swedish season.”
