Fran Kirby has been nominated for the 2025 BBC Green Sport Awards, recognising her commitment to driving sustainability in sport.
Fran partnered with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) this year to launch the 'Prescription for Nature' initiative, highlighting how spending time in nature supports mental wellbeing.
Through her social media channels, and in collaboration with the club, Fran has spoken out on climate change and championed the positive impact nature can have on mental health.
The awards ceremony will take place on Monday, October 6. The awards will be presented to those trying to commit change in the world of sport.
