Arthur Brammer is delighted to be part of the women's coaching team as Albion prepare for the start of the new WSL season.
Brammer and goalkeeping coach Ben Morrella is part of Dario Vidosic's new-look coaching team after spending the last four years working with the men's academy.
“I can't wait to compete in the WSL every week, that's the exciting part of the project," he said.
“Seeing where the club has taken the women's team over the last few years and building on that and playing in the best arenas is what everyone looks forward to. And not just playing in them but succeeding as well."
Arthur joined Albion in 2021, starting in the boys’ academy with the under-15s before progressing to the men’s under-21s.
“I've been involved in academy football since 2007. This feels like a culmination of all those experiencesl. I felt it was the right time to take this opportunity, to help build on the success of last year and aim to make that top-four finish.
“I think it's important to understand how I can add the value. That means building on relationships that are already there, working with the players and the coaching team to find a niche.
“My strength is working with the individual players to help them become better versions of themselves. I believe if you improve the individual, you'll improve the team."
