We spoke to defender Guro Bergsvand ahead of Saturday's Adobe FA Cup tie against Durham.
Guro, how do you reflect on the first half of the season?
"I think the first few months have been good, it's definitely been different compared to my first year and a half here. I think the team is going in the right direction. The signings, the new coaching staff, I think we all feel like we're in a good place right now, but we still want to be better."
The players seem to have adapted well to playing a different system under Dario Vidosic.
"He has strong opinions and a very clear way which makes it easier for the players to know where they're supposed to be. We got a good start and that gave us confidence. We've continued to build on that but I think Dario and his character has has been good for us."
We're currently fifth in the WSL and have challenged some of the top teams already haven't we?
"That's the biggest takeaway from the first half of the season. I think, with the exception of the Arsenal away game, we have competed against the top teams in the league. We know that we can get results from those games. We still want to finish in the top four, which is the club's aim."

What's been the secret behind our strong home form?
"With the fan base increasing and being more loud, it's been such a good experience playing at home and having two good games at Amex as well.
"It gives you extra confidence and in your stadium you don't want to drop any points. I still wish that we hadn't let in as many goals as we have, but I'm really happy with the clean sheets that we've had too."
How much more potential does this squad have?
"We've only played together for four or five months so I think there's still a lot of potential that is yet to be seen. When you play together over a long period of time you get to know each other's strenghts more. We're very happy with what we've achieved but there's still more to come. We haven't reached our full potential at all yet."
How excited are you to begin our FA Cup campaign on Saturday against Durham?
"We know that Durham are going to be a tough opponent. It's important regardless of who you're playing to stay focused and Dario tells us that every week, we should have the same mentality. We'll go out against Durham and perform the way we want to get the win - that's our goal."
It's a big year for you for both club and country isn't it?
"I'm really excited about the Euros, we'll aim to put on a good performance for Norway and with Brighton hopefully 2025 is another great year."
