Young Lions head coach Lee Carsley has named a 24-man squad for the two matches, which form England's first preparations for next summer's UEFA Under-21 European Championship finals. England secured qualification last month and will travel to Albania and Serbia aiming to win a third successive Under-21 European title.
Midfielder Hinshelwood is included in the squad alongside goalkeeper Beadle, who is currently on loan at Birmingham City. Albion forward Amario Cozier-Duberry, who is spending the season on loan at Middlesbrough, has also been selected.
England face Portugal at Bristol's Ashton Gate Stadium on Friday 13 November before taking on France at the same venue three days later. Both matches kick off at 7.30pm and will be streamed live on the England app.
