Following supporter feedback, we will be operating another trial of the ticket exchange system for our away matches against Burnley on Saturday 11 April and Spurs on Saturday 18 April.

Supporters who purchased tickets for either match, who can no longer attend, will be able to list their tickets for resale.

Tickets listed for resale will be sold as adult only tickets and will be opened back up for sale to supporters at the point the game sold out (1901 Club Members/STHs and MyAlbion+ Members).

Tickets listed on resale that do not sell will remain active.

The resale for Burnley will close at 10am on Tuesday 7 April. We will then issue the digital tickets to attendees on Thursday 9 April.

The resale for Spurs will close at 10am on Tuesday 14 April. We will then issue the digital tickets to attendees on Thursday 16 April.

The fee to use resale will be charged at 10% of the ticket price. Supporters who sell tickets on the resale will have the loyalty points move to the new owner (based on their actual attendance).
