Following supporter feedback, we will operate a ticket exchange system for our Carabao Cup and Premier League matches against Manchester City (Wednesday, October 28, 7.30pm and Saturday, October 31, 3pm)
Supporters who purchased tickets for the match and can no longer attend will be able to list their tickets for resale. Tickets listed for resale will be sold as adult only tickets and will be opened back up for sale to supporters at the point each game has sold out.
Tickets listed on resale that do not sell, will remain active.
The resale is now open for both games and will close on the following dates:
Manchester City Carabao Cup 4th round: 9am Monday, October 26
Manchester City Premier League: 9am Thursday, October 29
Tickets will then be sent to supporters once the resale closes.
The fee to use resale will be charged at 10% of the ticket price.
Supporters who sell tickets on the resale will have the loyalty points move to the new owner (based on their actual attendance).
