Fans will not be able to login to their MyAlbion Digital account from 5pm on Monday 13 July until Tuesday 14 July, as we make significant updates to the service.
The changes to MyAlbion Digital means you’ll be able to secure tickets, grab the latest kit and check the score on the BHAFC app using one email and password, or Passkey, across all our official platforms.
You will need to reset your password when logging in for the first time from Tuesday 14 July.
In addition to this, MyAlbion Reward will be unavailable until Thursday 16 July as that also undergoes an update.
We know many families and businesses currently share a single email address, so we’ve made sure this transition brings benefits to your group.
What does this mean for you?
  • A smoother, faster login
One secure login across all our platforms. Buy tickets, shop, watch video content and claim rewards seamlessly. We’ve also added a passkey feature, removing the need for a password. Don’t worry, your loyalty points, purchase history and active tickets will be automatically carried over when you activate your account.
  • Improved security
We’ve implemented industry-leading authentication to keep your personal data safer than ever.
  • Universal opt-in
You’re in complete control. You’re able to tailor your content preferences, from which teams you want to follow to ticket and retail offers.
How to Update Your Account
All you need to do is a quick, one-time password reset to activate your account.
  1. Visit login.brightonandhovealbion.com
  2. Select ‘Forgot your password?’
  3. Enter the code emailed to your registered address
  4. Set your new password or activate your passkey and log in
This is a one‑time process — once completed, you’re all set.
Linking a Junior to Your Account
Your juniors are building their own Albion legacy. A unique account means that your junior Albion fan/s can accumulate their own loyalty points, track their matchday history, and get access to the MyAlbion Reward platform tailored just for them. We appreciate that many parents/guardians don’t want to create a separate email for each junior — so we’ve made it easier.
  1. Create a plus-addressed email for each junior
Many email providers* allow something called 'plus addressing'. This lets you create an email alias without needing a brand‑new inbox. To do this, simply add a + and your junior’s name before the @ symbol. This means your normal email username (the part before the @ symbol), not your actual legal name.
Example:
  • youremailusername+juniorname@gmail.com
  • youremailusername+juniorname@hotmail.com
Emails sent to these plus-addresses still arrive in your main email inbox.
2. Register the junior’s account. Use the alias email to create their MyAlbion Digital account.
If you don’t receive the activation email, call Supporter Services on 01273 668855 (option one).
3. Add the junior to your Friends & Family to assign them their ticket(s) at checkout.
*Yahoo and iCloud allows you to create up to three disposable email addresses/aliases. AOL does not support plus addressing, find out more here.
Managing Friends & Family - including business associates
The new system also improves how you connect accounts for ticketing. For businesses this means you’re able to assign or pass your tickets to clients, guests or staff of your choosing with ease.
Adding Friends or Family to Your Season Ticket
  1. Ensure each fan has their own account. To create an account, please visit login.brightonandhovealbion.com/register
  2. Log in and visit: tickets.brightonandhovealbion.com/my-account/friends-and-family
  3. Select ‘Add’ then ‘Select relationship’
  4. Enter their details and click ‘Identify’
  5. They will receive a Pass Phrase for security. They can provide this to you in person or via email. This will be sent to the email address on their account.
  6. Once approved, they’ll appear in your Friends & Family list
Repeat for each person you wish to add.
Linking Your Account to a Season Ticket Holder
From the 2026/27 season, MyAlbion+ members can now have a Men’s season ticket holder share their seat with them at no extra cost.
How to link your account
  1. Find your fan number in your MyAlbion Digital account. This can be found when logging into your MyAlbion Digital account, highlighted under your name.
Ask the season ticket holder to log in
  1. Visit: tickets.brightonandhovealbion.com/my-account/friends-and-family
  2. They select ‘Add’ and then ‘Select relationship’
  3. They enter your details and your fan number
  4. For security reasons, they will be prompted to fill out a ‘Pass Phrase’. This is a random generated three word approval security measure required
  5. Check your email for the code or reveal the approval code highlighted in your own account
  6. Once approved, you’ll appear in their Friends & Family list
