Our men’s under-21s cruised to a 3-0 win over Worthing in their opening friendly of pre-season.
Harry Mills put Albion in front after five minutes, racing in on goal before firing down the middle.
Tyler Silsby added a second 15 minutes after the restart with a wonderfully taken effort, chopping past a defender on the edge of the box before rifling into the bottom left corner.
The result was confirmed in the 85th minute when Aidan West raced onto a ball downfield and lobbed the keeper from 25 yards.

Men’s under-21s head coach Shannon Ruth said, “I am happy with the night's work. A lot of players got some game time – overall 25, 26 players got minutes and I thought they all played really well.
“I hope tonight's win was a consequence of the players looking after themselves over the summer and coming back in good condition, applying themselves really well in the testing and the training.
“Games like this aren’t straightforward because you make 25 changes and there's players that have never played with each other before and players that are playing in the under-21s for the very first time.
“It's a good step in the right direction.”
