Our men's under-18s made it three matches unbeaten in Premier League South as they cruised to a 2-0 win over Birmingham City on Tuesday.
Jacob Parsons opened the scoring after he was found by Raffaele Oppong, with the striker backheeling home at the near post after 22 minutes.
The second came in first-half stoppage time when Parsons found Anton Palmer, who found the bottom right corner with a strike from 22 yards.
Interim men’s under-18s head coach Steven Menzies said, “We were the better team and we should have won by more – we had plenty of chances and limited them to very little.

"In the first half we started well, gaining control and circulating the ball well to get it to Younes Ibrahim in an attacking position.
"We then started the second half just as well and kept getting into dangerous areas and creating moments, but the final action or decision was lacking.
"The game got messier as the half wore on, but [goalkeeper] Liam Doyle was never troubled and we still looked a threat on the break.
"Again, like Saturday, there were a lot of solid performances. We had Harrison Brown – who is an under-15 – start and play 55 minutes and he didn’t look out of place. Finn Dzekawong – an under-16 – came on for the last 25 minutes too.”
