The ticket exchange is now open for our Premier League home match against Crystal Palace.
We face Palace on Sunday 8 February, kick-off 2pm.
Tickets for this match are on sale to supporters with previous purchase history and can be bought here.
The ticket exchange explained
With the ticket exchange, you can list your seat for sale if you can no longer attend the game.
Your ticket/s for the game will be available other supporters to purchase (at Adult pricing only).
If you list a season ticket and it sells, you get that portion of your season ticket paid back minus a £1 administration fee.
If you list a match ticket and it sells, you get the original match ticket price paid back minus a 10% administration fee.
The amounts are paid back to the bank account you specify when listing, so make sure your bank details are correct before listing (or create new ones if you're unsure). Any refund due will be processed within five working days after the game has taken place.
