Fabian Hurzeler's team go in search of their second consecutive home Premier League win on Saturday as they take on Tottenham at the Amex.
In his notes for the official matchday programme, Fabian covered a range of topics including the City and Bournemouth performances, as well as his thoughts on the transfer window. He said, "I donât think four points from our first four Premier League games necessarily reflects the level of our performances. Against Manchester City, I think we showed another side to our game as sometimes football is not about tactics and formations but more about courage and togetherness on the pitch.
"Our 2-1 win was built on those qualities, and not just by the 11 players who started the game but also those who came on in the second half, who spread energy to their teammates and also got our supporters involved too.
"When we got back to 1-1, you could feel the belief in the squad to go and find a second goal. The players were so committed; at times they suffered, but in the second half they fed off each other and that helped us get a win that I think we deserved.
"We had a good transfer window. We have a lot of young players with great potential and itâs up to them â and us â to get them to a position where they can help us in the Premier League.
"We also sent some players out on loan. These decisions are always taken after discussions with the player on an individual basis, but the aim is that when they come back they can help us in the future. We will keep a close eye on how they all do."

The 1967/68 covers alternated between photos of match action and some great shots of Brighton landmarks, including the West Pier and Royal Pavilion.
Also included in the one-shilling (5p) cover price was the Football League Review magazine, which had the effect of doubling the content to 32 pages. This continued into 1968/69 when the usual news and information from around the club was bolstered by some interesting content from across the Football League.
