“I loved Hinch. You could see he was a throwback – there were elements of his character and his game that reminded me of myself. You only needed to tell him something once and he would get it. Good players are like that.

“He was always destined to have a career in the game, whether it had been at this club or not. But it’s no surprise to me that he's got into the first team. The players have all taken to him because he's respectful, goes on the pitch and does his job and his duties. I can honestly see him being the next Lewis Dunk.”
