Goalkeepers
Kjell Scherpen and midfielder Malick Yalcouye both played 90 minutes as Sturm Graz opened up a five point gap at the top of the Austrian Bundesliga with a 7-0 win fover SK Austria Klagenfurt.
Sheffield Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Cardiff City marked James Beadle’s 35th appearance for the Owls, while Tom McGill’s MK Dons had their match against Fleetwood Town postponed.
In the Women’s FA Cup, Comfort Erhabor was an unused sub in Plymouth’s 5-1 defeat to Exeter City.
Defenders
Valentin Barco came on for the final ten minutes of Sevilla’s 1-0 win over Rayo Vallecano in La Liga, but in League One Blackpool’s run without a win extended to eight games. Odel Offiah played the full game as the Tangerines were beaten 2-1 by Bolton Wanderers.
Midfielders
Samy Chouchane played 66 minutes in a goalless draw for Northampton against Cambridge United, while Kamari Doyle played 77 minutes in Exeter City’s 3-0 defeat at Wrexham.
Luca Barrington played 80 minutes as Grimsby were beaten 1-0 at home by Colchester United, while Benicio Baker-Boaitey’s Port Vale face Crewe Alexandra on Monday in a Staffordshire derby.
In the Championship, Jeremy Sarmiento came on for last 15 minutes of Burnley’s 1-0 win over Bristol City.
Grace McEwen and Lily Dent were unused substitutes in Portsmouth Women’s 4-0 defeat to Southampton in the League Cup. There was also a defeat for Libby Bance, as she started in Bristol City's 3-1 loss to Birmingham City.
Forwards
Abdallah Sima scored his second league goal for Stade Brestois in their 3-2 defeat to Monaco in Ligue 1, while Mark O’Mahony’s Portsmouth had their game against Blackburn Rovers postponed.
