Last week proved to be a hugely successful week for a number of our players out on loan.
With plenty of wins, goals and Champions League appearances, this week's loan report makes positive reading for Albion fans.
Goalkeepers
Kjell Scherpen had a disappointing week both domestically and in the Champions League with Sturm Graz. The Dutchman lost 2-1 to Stade Brestois â a defeat we will mention further down this report â before suffering a shock 3-0 defeat to Wolfsberger at home in the league.
Saturday wasnât a particularly enjoyable day for James Beadle either, although for 70 minutes of Sheffield Wednesdayâs match at Luton they looked set for all three points, leading 1-0. That changed with a red card and a penalty going against the Owls as they lost 2-1 at Kenilworth Road.

MK Donsâ stop-start form continued as they drew 1-1 with Doncaster Rovers, with Tom McGill in between the sticks for MK. Carl Rushworth was an unused substitute in Hullâs 3-1 win at Stoke City.
Defenders
Charltonâs fine start to the League One season suffered a bump as they were beaten 2-1 by Odel Offiahâs Blackpool â the Addicks are managed by former Albion man Nathan Jones.
Valentin Barco came on for the last 25 minutes of Sevillaâs 2-1 defeat at Alaves, while Casper Nilsson was an unused substitute in Partick Thistleâs 1-0 home win over Dunfermline Athletic in the Scottish Championship.
Midfielders
Malick Yalcouye made his Champions League debut in Sturm Grazâs 2-1 defeat to Stade Brestois when he came on as a half-time substitute, before also playing the second half of their 3-0 defeat to Wolfsberger.
Facundo Buonanotte came on for the final 35 minutes of Leicester Cityâs 1-1 draw with Everton, while Jeremy Sarmiento scored his first Burnley goal in their 2-1 win over Portsmouth with a fantastic curling effort from the edge of the box.

In the Championship, Andrew Moran played for an hour of Stokeâs 3-1 defeat to Hull while Amario Cozier-Duberry came on as a substitute for Blackburn in their goalless draw with Preston.
Further down the pyramid in League One, Samy Chouchane played for 87 minutes as Northampton Town claimed an unexpected three points at Huddersfield Town with a 3-1 win.
Kamari Doyle had an equally enjoyable afternoon as he played an hour of Exeterâs 2-0 home win over Stevenage, scoring the Greciansâ second goal when he smashed in from close range. That was the midfielderâs second goal of the campaign, having curled home a wonderful free-kick at Bolton in August.

Grimsby Town claimed their third win of the season as they beat Bromley 1-0 at home in League Two â Luca Barrington was substituted on in the first half for the Mariners, while Benicio Baker-Boaitey was substituted at half-time in Port Valeâs 2-2 draw at Accrington Stanley.
Forwards
Abdallah Sima scored the winner for Stade Brestois on his full Champions League debut, as they beat Sturm Graz 2-1. The Senegal internationalâs fine finish also won him the player of the match award. He followed that up with an assist in Brestâs 2-0 win over Toulouse on Sunday.
Finally, Ibrahim Osman played for 45 minutes in Feyenoordâs 2-0 home win over NAC Breda.
