Fabian Hurzeler provided an update on Jack Hinshelwood, Adam Webster, Solly March and Carlos Baleba in his press conference on Thursday.
"Jack trained fully so far [this week], so he will be an option. There's still only two players out with Adam and Solly. It's very positive for Carlos. Of course, we needed to take care of him after he was out for almost three, four weeks. And we couldn't let him play for 90 minutes.
"But now it's about getting him back to his highest level regarding physicality, and then I'm sure he will be an option for us at the weekend."
Their last line-up
The Toffees suffered a frustrating defeat in their opening Premier League game of the new season, with a controversial penalty seeing Leeds take all three points in a 1-0 victory.
