Albion to face either Manchester City or Norwich City in Carabao Cup fourth round

Albion will head to either Manchester City or Norwich City in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
Fabian Hurzeler's team will have confirmation of their opponents tomorrow night, when the pair round off the round three fixtures.
A date and kick-off time, as well as ticket news, will be confirmed in due course.
Albion reached this stage of the competition thanks to a 3-2 win over Manchester United.

Manchester City or Norwich City v Albion
