Albion goalkeeper Jason Steele has been named in Thomas Tuchel’s England squad for their forthcoming Nations League games.
England face Croatia next Thursday at Wembley before playing Spain in Madrid on 15 November.
A hugely respected figure within the Albion and now the Three Lions set-up, Jason continues to impress with his professionalism, leadership and quality on the training pitch
His selection is further recognition of the standards he has maintained throughout his time at Albion and in a professional career now spanning more than 500 games.
In the summer, Steele travelled as a training goalkeeper to the World Cup. The respect he holds amongst teammates was evident when he received a bronze medal following England’s victory in the third-place play-off against France when he was recognised for his contribution to the squad.
