Georginio admitted Albion’s Carabao Cup exit felt like a missed opportunity for Albion.
The striker got his third goal of the season and assisted Malick Yalcouye’s opener in Wednesday’s 2-2 draw against Manchester City at the Etihad.
But Albion were knocked out 4-3 on penalties after Yasin Ayari and Lewis Dunk saw their efforts saved.
He said: “It’s frustrating. I think we could have done a very good thing. Unfortunately, we didn't. I don't like to say it, but we deserved to have something else. But it's football. We conceded two goals that I think we could have dealt with better.
“We had some chances and missed some as well, myself included. Of course, I scored and assisted but I could have done better in some actions. But it's football. We knew a lot of good teams were out, so it was a good opportunity for us. Now we have to stay focused because we have a lot of games and other competitions to come.”
Georginio’s fine second-half finish was his third goal in cup competitions this season after his double against Kauno Zalgiris in the UEFA Conference League. But it would have meant more had Albion progressed.
“For a striker, it's good to score, but it's annoying when we don't win. I'll take it, but it is essentially better when you win. I try to give my best. I know there is competition in the team. Babis (Kostoulas) does very well, so I need to step up and try my best.
“The last two games were very frustrating. Now we have to be consistent and win some games. I think we have the quality to win these types of games, as we showed against City.
“We have to be ready to fight for revenge. If we play like today, score more, and miss fewer opportunities, we can do something on Saturday."
Albion return to the Etihad on Premier League duty on Saturday.
