Join us ahead of our Premier League match against Aston Villa for an exclusive screening of Strongmen UK’s short film Climb Your Mountain, as well as a showing of the club’s documentary Stand or Fall: The Remarkable Rise of Brighton & Hove Albion.

We take on Villa on Wednesday 3 December, kick-off 7.30pm, with match-ticket holders invited to join us in the Terrace for the pre-match screenings on a first-come, first-served basis.

Climb Your Mountain will be shown at 3.30pm, before Stand or Fall at approximately 4pm.

Strongmen UK is a men’s bereavement charity setup by Albion fan Efrem Brynin, whose son was killed on his second tour of Afghanistan in 2013.

The charity has created incredible services to help men going through tough times including counselling and ‘Weekenders’, where groups head out to remote surroundings to engage in conversation and physical activities in a safe, secure environment with other men with shared experiences.
