New opening times for supporter services
New hours come into effect on Tuesday.

Supporter services will have new opening hours for its phone line and webchat services from Tuesday 7 July onwards.
They will now be open:
Day | Opening time |

Monday | 9am-1pm |
Tuesday | 9am-5pm |
Wednesday | 9am-1pm |
Thursday | 9am-5pm |
Friday | 9am-5pm |
On matchdays, the ticket office will continue to open four hours prior to kick-off.
For assistance outside of regular operating hours, Ask Albion remains available to answer frequently asked questions.
Please note that supporter services are unavailable for in-person visits Monday to Friday.
