Chief executive and deputy chairman Paul Barber will continue to represent the Premier League on both The FA Council and Professional Game Board for the coming season.
It will be Paul’s ninth consecutive season as a Premier League representative on The FA Council and Professional Game Board (PGB).
This latest reappointment will see him extend his long-standing contribution to national governance, and see him serve out the maximum nine years on The FA Council and PGB.
Paul, who has also been re-elected to the Premier League’s Game Improvement Advisory Group, said, “I am very proud to represent the Premier League and its clubs on the FA Council and Professional Game Board.
“The game continues to evolve at an incredible pace and it is more important than ever that we work collaboratively across all levels to support its long-term health.
“I look forward to continuing to play my part, representing our clubs while also contributing to the wider interests of football across the country.”
