Pre-registration for our first three UEFA Conference League away matches against FK Jablonec, Getafe CF and Panathinaikos FC will open at 9am on Tuesday 8 September and close on Sunday 13 September at midnight.
Please note the club expects to receive an allocation of 5% of the stadium capacity for Albion supporters. It’s understood that stadium development is taking place at Getafe, reducing the capacity to 10,000 and therefore the away allocation is expected to be around 500.
Any 1901 Club member, season ticket holder or MyAlbion+ member interested in buying tickets and attending our UEFA Conference League away games must now pre-register.
Away Match Registration Process
Pre-registration allows 1901 Club members, season ticket holders and MyAlbion+ members to register interest in attending our away UECL matches along with any friends and family (who must also be season ticket holders or MyAlbion+ paid members). Pre-registration does not commit you to buying a ticket, nor does it guarantee you a ticket, but if you’d like to attend the away game, you MUST pre-register.
Pre-registration allows the club to gauge demand for the match and help us demonstrate to the opposition club the sort of allocation we might need.
Supporters are asked to check the price of flights and travel before pre-registering so realistic numbers of travellers can be gauged. Tickets will be sold on the basis of one ticket per fan number, so every person wishing to attend must pre-register. You can pre-register here. Buying UECL away match tickets
If the number of people who register their interest is fewer than the total away allocation we receive for the match, then all those who pre-register will be guaranteed a ticket in sale window one. If an away match is oversubscribed, we will provide a list of on sale windows.
The windows will be based on loyalty points, and season ticket holders will have priority before any MyAlbion+ members. Those in the first on sale window are guaranteed a ticket (if booked within the priority window), and after that the windows are subject to availability. Sales after window one are first-come, first-served and will remain open until sold out.
Tickets going on sale
Once we have full ticket information, we’ll publish on sale dates and communicate them to those supporters who pre-register.
Other important information
All tickets for UECL away matches will have to be collected with photo ID in the city prior to the match.
We’ll be looking to open a ticket collection point at a central location in the city on the day of the match, and, where required, the day before matchday. Details will be shared in due course, but every individual must collect with their passport or driving license.
There will be no exceptions. Please do not book flights or travel that arrive very close to kick-off and the final whistle, as you’ll need to consider the time needed to collect your ticket and for a possible hold back at the stadium after the match.
We ask supporters to arrive for collections as early as you can. The collection point will likely close approximately two to three hours before kick off depending on when turnstiles open and the distance to the stadium.
Please note that away tickets will be strictly no changes, transfers, or refunds. If you find you have bought a ticket and can’t attend, you should return it to the club, but you will not be issued with a refund.
This is not intended to be inflexible but to ensure that only those who plan on travelling buy those match tickets. Also, due to high demand, if you do not collect tickets that you have bought, you may face sanctions when buying the next away game.
