Albion honoured in Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards

Brighton and Hove Albion are among those organisations who have been honoured in the prestigious Sunday Times Best Places to Work list, which was released today.
This nationwide survey recognises and celebrates the UK’s top employers, showcasing organisations that are leading the way in employee engagement and overall employee experience.
This year’s Best Places to Work features 567 organisations split into 28 Best Very Big Places to Work, 126 Best Big Places to Work, 218 Best Medium Places to Work and 195 Best Small Places to Work. 
It highlights the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and those where staff enjoy the highest rates of wellbeing. 
In the special Spotlight awards, the club has been highly commended in the 16-34 years category.
Chief executive and deputy chairman Paul Barber said: “We are incredibly proud of the environment we provide for everyone who works for the club, and it is an honour to be given such a prestigious award.”
