Saturday's Premier League fixture against champions Arsenal marks the official 125-year anniversary celebration of the club’s first match, played on 21 September 1901.
Throughout matchday, there will be a series of commemorative and celebratory activities happening across the American Express Stadium to mark this historic occasion.
Anna Easthope, head of marketing, said, "Saturday's game is one of the highlights of the club’s 125 years celebrations which have been in the planning for many months.
"We have seen events celebrating our history, our family, our home, our city and our story over this 125-year programme, culminating in this Premier League match to mark the anniversary of our first competitive game.
“So many people have been involved in making this matchday special and we hope the fans and players will enjoy their part in it."
Fans will enjoy an elevated matchday experience from the moment they arrive at the stadium.
Pre-match activities kick-off early with live musical performances around the stadium, including acoustic acts at the approach to Falmer station and on the grass verge by the East Stand, as well as a live band in the Terrace.
Two distinct collectible matchday programmes will also be available for purchase throughout the stadium, including a standard print edition as well as a glossy souvenir A4 edition, both packed with unique historical features.
Supporters can then enjoy new food and beverage offerings including doughnut and ice cream vendors and a new beer bar, alongside family activations featuring club mascot Gully dressed in a bespoke 125th-anniversary outfit and face painters in the fanzone and East Stand concourse.
Inside the megastore, fans can take advantage of an early bird offer, featuring a ten per cent discount on the 125 Collection before 1pm and which includes free shirt printing on the anniversary jersey.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet artist George Fox near the 1901 Pub entrance to view his newly-unveiled commemorative artwork, with limited edition prints available for purchase alongside the matchday programme artwork created by Jamie Eke.
The atmosphere inside the stadium will reach its peak during the pre-match build-up. Stadium screens will broadcast dedicated 125th anniversary short films alongside curated playlists.
As the teams take to the field, supporters will welcome the players with individual flags located on every home seat, a blue-and-white tifo mosaic in the East Stand, an expanded pyrotechnics display, and a special 125 centre-circle flag.
To mark the occasion, players will wear the commemorative 125 anniversary kit comprising a classic blue shirt and cream shorts modelled on the original 1901 strip, which will be the only time the kit is worn in competitive action. The match will also feature specially designed white corner flags bearing the 125 anniversary crest.
At half-time, the stadium will host exclusive pitch-side content and legend interviews featuring Bobby Zamora and Jack Hinshelwood, as well as a feature with chairman Tony Bloom.
After the final whistle, fans will have the opportunity to bid on unique artifacts from the match including match-worn signed jerseys, signed corner flags and squad-signed programmes via an auction, with donations going to the Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation.
Post-match celebrations will continue late into the evening across the Amex with DJ sets and an official after-party in the Terrace.
