Ben White's performance against Crystal Palace has been nominated for Performance of the Month.
Ben White highlighted Albion’s character and determination after they grabbed a late equaliser against Crystal Palace.
The man of the match was deployed in a midfield role at Selhurst Park as Alexis Mac Allister secured a deserved point with a late leveller in Sunday’s 1-1 draw.
He said, “We knew it was going to be tough and it was probably not the prettiest game at times.

“But we dug deep and got the result our performance deserved in the end.
“We’ve had some tough games in the last month and today we showed good determination."
White was pleased with team-mate Mac Allister whose goal was his first in the Premier League.
“It’s hard to score goals in this league and hopefully we can score more as the season goes on.
“We’re delighted for Alexis because he’s been working hard in training and he got what he deserved, it was a well-taken finish.”

Head coach Graham Potter said he knew White, who has started the season in defence, could be as effective in midfield, having played there for Leeds United while on loan last season.
“Palace are dangerous on the transition. When their front four attack they are very direct and dangerous so having Ben having there gave us security and allowed us to attack down the sides.
“Steve [Alzate] has had a long trip back from South America so for both those reasons it was good to use Ben in that role.”
