WSL match against Arsenal this Friday to go ahead

Albion defeated Bayern Munich in a pre-season friendly.
Albion women’s team’s WSL season will kick-off on Friday, as we take on Arsenal.
The opening game of the campaign against Aston Villa – that was due to take place on Sunday 11 September – was postponed out of respect following the passing of HRH Queen Elizabeth II, but the FA has today confirmed that WSL fixtures this coming weekend will go ahead.
The 7.30pm kick-off takes place at Boreham Wood’s Meadow Park, in what is now the opening game of the league season.
