Albion striker joins Anderlecht.

Striker Percy Tau has joined Anderlecht on loan.

Brighton & Hove Albion can confirm that striker Percy Tau has completed a loan move to Anderlecht.

He has joined the Belgian club until the end of the 2020-21 season and it will be his third spell in the Belgian League.

The 26-year-old South African international, who joined Albion in 2017, has also played on loan for Royal Union-Saint Gillioise and Club Bruges, whom he represented in the Champions League last season.

Technical Director Dan Ashworth said, “This is a good move for Percy in terms of his development. He is playing for one of the biggest clubs in Belgium in a league which he knows well and we hope it proves to be a successful season for him.

"Of course, we will be monitoring his progress closely over the next few months with the ultimate aim for Percy to come and play for Brighton."
