Startup joins Liverpool on loan

Katie Startup joined Albion from Charlton Athletic in summer 2020.
Albion goalkeeper Katie Startup has joined FA Women's Championship side Liverpool on a season-long loan.
Startup, 22, joined Albion from Charlton Athletic at the start of last season on a two-year deal and spent part of last season on loan at her former club.
She made her first-team debut in Albion's FA Cup win over Huddersfield Town in May.
Head coach Hope Powell said, “This is a good opportunity for Katie to get game time at a good level in the Championship. We wish her all the best for her loan spell and we will be monitoring her progress throughout the season.”
