Abdallah Sima has made four appearances for Stoke City this season.

Graham Potter gave updates on Abdallah Sima and Billy Arce in his press conference on Thursday.

Striker Sima is on a season-long loan with Stoke City where he has made four appearances in all competitions, but has been with Albion for the last few weeks after having surgery.

"It has been a tough time for Abdallah,” Potter said. “I spoke with him, he has been here for a few weeks now as he has had some surgery and he's had to rehab. There have been some problems in his groin area.

"He has had to take that step but he is back on the road to recovery. He has been working hard, he has sort of integrated a little bit with us to get him back up to speed. That is where he is at, taking those steps forward."

The 20-year-old joined Albion in a permanent move in the summer from Slavia Prague, signing a contract until June 2025.
