Steve Sidwell's fantastic long-range goal against Bristol City at Ashton Gate in the 2-0 win in November 2016 topped Group 6 of the competition.
He joins Sebastien Pocognoli, Robbie Reinelt, Elliott Bennett, Florin Andone and Jimmy Case in the knockout rounds, and will face the latter two in quarter-final 3.
Sidwell's goal earned 56% of your vote, with Stuart Storer in second with 38%.
Brian Horton and Dani Bowman were tied in third and fourth place, as both picked up 3% of the vote.
Supporters will be able to decide who wins Group 7 of the tournament from Tuesday at 12 noon when Gary Williams takes on Sam Baldock, Rohan Ince and Leonardo Ulloa.
