Robert Sanchez's excellent performances for Albion have been rewarded with a call up to the senior Spain squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
The 23-year-old has made 17 Premier League appearances this season including his top-tier debut, keeping six clean sheets, notably in the wins over Leeds United, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool.
Luis Enrique's side have three World Cup qualifiers at the end of the month:
  • Greece (H), Thursday 25th March, 7.45pm
  • Georgia (A), Sunday 28th March, 5pm
  • Kosovo (H) Wednesday 31st March, 7.45pm
After joining Albion in 2013 from Levante at the age of 15, Sanchez had loan spells with Forest Green Rovers and Rochdale, before becoming Albion's first choice goalkeeper in December 2020.
